Database cleanup

From version 16.2 and later a database cleanup tool is added to the system management. With this tool you can mass delete old jobs and measurements in case your database runs out of diskspace. There is a provision to keep OK-sheets.

Important notes:

Database cleanup cannot be undone. Colorware holds no responsibility for database integrity, security, maintenance, backup and restore procedures. It is advised that a trained system engineer monitors and manages your system at all times.

Database cleanup

Go to the System tab and select Database cleanup to enter this function.

Here you can select whether you want to delete all jobs, or keep jobs and measurements with OK-sheets.

When you click in the Remove data before field a calender view let's you select the date. Press [Calculate data].

Now a confirmation dialog asks you to enter your password to confirm the jobs and measurements deletion. Enter your password and press [Confirm delete]
